Jess Krowiorz
Jess is a senior User Experience designer and researcher who specializes in user-centered methods and strategic human interface design.
Jess has great experience in iterative conceptual design, creating deliverables such as personas, user flows, UI wireframes, and interactive prototypes. She is also familiar with common Agile development practices and has guided UX processes to work successfully within that environment.
Jess believes success happens when working in collaborative settings to create a common understanding of UX strategic direction and the design process. She has successfully worked to build awareness of the value of UX across multiple organizations.
Jess has participated in UX design efforts in diverse industries such as ecommerce, building automation, industrial automation, healthcare, and medical devices.
Jess has helped establish and grow disciplines such as a UX designer, UX leader, and UX strategist at Direct Supply and Johnson Controls.
Recently, Jess has worked with Rockwell Automation and Medtronic, where she has conducted observational usability studies and provided guidance on UX design direction.
