Christine Perfetti

Christine is a Principal Researcher and UX strategist who helps organizations learn from their customers, uncover breakthrough insights, and design human-centered experiences that drive measurable results.

With consulting experience spanning the healthcare, education, and nonprofit industries, she has held leadership roles as the Managing Director at the UX strategy firm, User Interface Engineering and as Senior Director of User Experience at Boston-based startups, Carbonite and Acquia.

User Research
Christine generates valuable insights through user research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability studies. She built and scaled organization-wide user research programs at GoFundMe and TuneIn. She established the user research program at Penn Medicine and conducted large-scale research studies with clinicians and patients to improve the hospital website, Find a Doctor functionality, and the MyPennMedicine MyChart application.

Product + UX Innovation
Using a combination of user research, team facilitation, design ideation techniques, and customer feedback, Chrisine is skilled at helping companies envision a long-term product vision and strategy. She has led product and UX visioning workshops for leadership teams at Harvard Business School, HubSpot, Curriculum Associates, and Penn Medicine.

Education
Christine holds an MS in Experimental Psychology from Brown University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
